The promotion period of this lucky draw campaign is 25 April 2026.
The lucky draw campaign is applicable to Hang Seng Bank (“the Bank”) customers who fill in the following requirements:
Newly open or an existing Prestige Private / Prestige Banking / Preferred Banking accountholder, and
Open a securities account with the Bank by 30 May 2026 (if you do not already maintain one), and
Have no traded securities in the Bank on or before 25 April 2026, and
Submit “Local Securities – Client Consent” to the Bank by 30 May 2026, and
Submit the Substitute Form W-8BEN with the Bank by 30 May 2026
Your information is required for the following purpose. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree in the following:
1. Personal Data Collection
Your name, partial HKID number, and mobile number are collected for verifying your eligibilities and administering your participation.
2. Use of Data
Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes stated above.
3. Use/Sharing/Transfer of Data
Your information may be used by /shared with a third-party under engaged by the Bank for website operation and related activity with confidential ensured.
4. Data Securities and Retention
Your data will be solely stored and retained only for the lucky draw and then securely deleted.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
