To be eligible for the prize, customers must meet the following requirements:

• newly open or an existing Prestige Private/Prestige Banking/Preferred Banking
• open a securities account with the Bank by 3 Dec 2025 (if you do not already maintain one) and
• have not traded securities via the Bank on or before 3 Nov 2025 using the account and
• complete submission of “Local Securities – Client Consent” to be ready to trade HK stocks and
• complete submission of W-8BEN Form to be ready to trade US stocks

The above information of yours is required for the following purpose. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Data Collection

Your name, partial HKID number, and mobile number are collected for verifying your eligibility and administering your participation.

2. Use of Data

Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes stated above.

3. Use/Sharing/Transfer of Data

Your info may be used by/shared with a third-party vendor engaged by the Bank for website operation and related activity with confidentiality ensured.

4. Data Security and Retention

Your data will be safely stored and retained only for this lucky draw and then securely deleted.
